[Lens] Add Close button to hide help popover in axis configuration flyout #133878

Kibana version: 8.3

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: It would be great to add "x" button to easily close help popover and to avoid accidentally applying other settings from the flyout.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Lens
  2. Open Axis configuration flyout
  3. Press on Help icon for "Moving average" or "Date histogram"
  4. An attempt to close the popover by clicking the same Help icon will result in applying this option
