[Feature Request][Fleet] Provide more context about the progress when upgrading agents

Describe the feature: Currently when upgrading multiple agents we are shown a dialog that says 'upgrading X agents' without any additional information. The banner should display at least an overview of the progress of the upgrade with an option to view additional information about the agents being upgraded.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: Example information that should be

Successfully Upgraded 900 of 1000 agents
50 Agents unsuccessful, click here to view details
50 Agents waiting on upgrade

There should be an option to expand the dialog to display the current status of all of the agents that were tasked with upgrading along with a list or filter to show all of those agents.
