Add dark theme support to UISelect #13677

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: Dark theme filters ui selector for fields has white background instead of dark.

This control has been reactified so I think it's fixed. On master:

Nope, I'm wrong, I was looking at input controls.

This should be fixed though with the EUI-ifying of the filter bar

Can be closed, Filter bar is not euificated.
