[APM] Dashboard-embeddable tracing/waterfall components #137141

We have some work going on to as part of the (internal) Platform Observability Working Group that are pointing to the need for being able to embed tracing data into a dashboard.

The use case we're specifically talking about so far is that the current Logtash pipeline UI is probably something that we should look at monitoring via trace data.

Then if we do that, we'd like to be able to put some visualization of that data into a dashboard-based stack monitoring experience.

Opening this to track (and probably discuss) how we can do that at the UI layer.

@chrisdistasio @alex-fedotyev would love to discuss this more to see if we can get the ball rolling on more sharable APM content across Kibana.

Just wanted to mention here that the Presentation team will be available to provide guidance on embeddable usage and creation for this as part of our Portable Dashboards project. Please feel free to reach out to us when the engineering effort begins!

@gbamparop I'm still of the opinion that it would be useful to have some kind of trace view to embed on a dashboard. I don't know of any specific task for which we need this right now though.
