Red indices are not displayed properly in Index Management UI

Kibana version: 8.3.2

Synopsis:

Red indices are not displayed properly in Kibana Stack Management > Index Management UI.

From Kibana Dev Tools:

Red indices are shown with a black dot (●) instead of a red one and Health is not displayed as red in the column. It's also not possible to filter red indices from the search bar with: health:red (works with health:green or health:yellow)

In the health column of Index Management, add a red dot with text for red indices, like:

Also make red indices sortable with health:red from the search bar.
