Category slug removed from Integrations page url on the first visit #139348

Kibana version: 8.4

Browser version: Google Chrome 104.0.5112.101

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): Cloud

Describe the bug: When navigating to the Integrations page with a preset category in the URL (eg. /integrations/browse/threat_intel) from a link inside Kibana the category sometimes is removed from the URL. It always happens on the first attempt to visit the page with a preset category, the subsequent visits sometimes work as expected, sometimes not. Probably some race condition between the router and loading the list of categories

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit Security > Overview dashboard with no Threat Intelligence integrations enabled
  2. Navigate from the Threat Intelligence block to Integrations using the link "Enable sources"

Expected behavior: The page should open with the Threat Intelligence category selected
