[Kibana UI] Dark Mode not applied in certain views (Create Tag, Stack-Monitoring, etc.) #139518

Kibana version: 8.4.0 Elasticsearch version: 8.4.0 Server OS version: Debian 11 Browser version: Edge, Safari Browser OS version: macos Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): apt

Describe the bug: Certain views don't apply the dark theme of Kibana. Happens since 8.4.0. Upgraded from 8.3.3. Especially the Stack Monitoring is an issue

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior: dark theme sould be applied

That looks like old controls. It's deprecated, so most likely won't get fixed.

this is fine but i just realized filtering of type "IP" is not possible in the new controls view but this is a crucial feature for some of my clients. Using KQL works of course.

Furthermore, there are Integrations that use still the old controls like Cisco ISE.

Thinking this should into a follow-up meta issue for https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/118866 since as @matthiasledergerber has found, there are a lot of places where attention is still needed.
