LaunchDarkly - Implement the relevant metrics required for the Security Solutions experiment

According to the definition of the success criteria in this experiment, we need to collect the following metrics:

• [ ] Ingest rate
• [ ] Data volume ingested (GB)
• [ ] # of integrations configured
• [ ] # of agents configured
• [ ] Time-to-ingest
• [ ] # of rules enabled
• [ ] # of alerts
• [ ] # of cases

We got confirmation from @osmanis that all this information is already available via the current telemetry channels, and there is no need to send it via LaunchDarkly as the analysis will be done in our internal telemetry systems.
