[Fleet] Update agent dashboard visualization with elastic-agent-shipper queue metrics #141512

Place holder issue.

Once elastic/elastic-agent-shipper#125 is done we will need to add the queue metrics to the agent dashboard.

@leehinman if this is about adding metrics to the Agent dashboard shouldn't it be part of the Agent integration assets?
