[Rule actions] Send mail to different mail adresses based on field #142427

Describe the feature:

At the moment it is not possible to send mails to different mail adresses or via different connectors based on fields.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Customer wants to send information about alerts to different destinations or mail adresses based on information within the alerts. So if the alert has field with value A it should go to connector A, if the alert has value B it should go to connector B.

In the meanwhile this has been implemented with function "If alert matches a query"
