Describe the bug Elastic or Custom Jobs filters are not displaying under ML job dropdown

Build info

Version: 8.6.0 Snapshot
BUILD: 58242
COMMIT: 2e04dac8367f95a986ed0ee32fd030bb3f6d5d0f

Preconditions

1. Kibana should be running
2. ML should be configured
3. Custom job should be created

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Security > Rules page
2. Select the ML rule
3. Click on ML job dropdown
4. Observe that Elastic or Custom Jobs filters are not displaying under ML job dropdown

Actual Result Elastic or Custom Jobs filters are not displaying under ML job dropdown

Expected Result Elastic or Custom Jobs filters should be displayed under ML job dropdown

@deepikakeshav-qasource , has the created ML job been tagged with security group? Otherwise, job won't be displaying in Machine Learning job combobox

Hi @vitaliidm ,

yes, Created ML job was tagged with security group. Also Created job is displayed under dropdown

However, as per the UI the filters should be displayed for Elastic and custom jobs.

For Example:

If this a new feature, I believe it was not implemented in a scope of https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/144080 @e40pud , can you please confirm it?

After discussing at Advanced Correlation Working Group, we decided to change this ticket to enhancement, as this functionality was not implemented yet. cc: @peluja1012
