Describe the bug Exception Shared list updated name not reflecting in breadcrumb navigation

Steps

create any exception shared list
click on exception shared list to enter into details page
update the name of exception shared list by clicking on pencil icon
Observed that updated name of exception shared list does not start reflecting on the breadcrumb navigation

Validated latest 8.15 BC and breadcrumb is updated only if the user refreshes the page or launch it again but not upon shared list name update:

elastic / kibana
