Observability Case's to close ServiceNow case through ServiceNow connector #147352

With the ServiceNow connector it would be beneficial to have the ability to close a ticket/case with the connector, especially if working from the Observability Case section. When you close a case in Observability cases, then the ticket/case should also close in ServiceNow.
