Search for apps within Kibana should know of abbrevation e.g. ILM #150424

Kibana version: 8.6.1

Describe the bug:

Use the top search bar for find apps, content and more and type in ILM which is short for index lifecycle management. It will return empty.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Search bar
  2. Type in ILM
  3. Find nothing

Expected behavior: Finding Index Lifecycle Management. There are many more abbreviations that are commonly used throughout the Elastic Stack, e.g. SLM.

Changing labels to Deployment Management, because global search allows to perform search for "ILM" as in the request, but a feature needs to be added to Stack Management app registration flow, where they can specify various phrases to be search for, such as "ILM".
