[Console] Update keyboard shortcut to open documentation #151874

Console in Dev tools uses a keyboard shortcut Ctrl-/ (win) or Command-/ (mac) to open documentation for the request focused in the editor. However, this shortcut is used in Kibana to focus the global search bar. We need to change this shortcut in Console so that it doesn't overlap with ones that are used globally across Kibana.
