[Heatmap] Legend is taking up too much space when positioned above/bottom the chart #152076

Describe the feature:

If a heatmap legend is positioned above or bottom the chart is taking too much space than required to render:

It seems that Lens is forcing a size of 130px for the legend no matter where is positioned, and the library is applying that in either vertical or horizontal direction no matter what. I've tried to quickly remove this forced padding when the legend is positioned above/below but then the legend is always shown as a single line, ignoring the line numbers configuration.

I think this will improve with the legends redesign
