Fleet Agent Logs View uses a different time picker and in the rest of Kibana #153917

Kibana version: 8.6.2 Describe the bug: Inside the logs view of an agent through the fleet page, there is a time picker available. However, this time picker does not support autorefresh and uses a different configuration.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Fleet
  2. Select an agent
  3. Go to logs
  4. Click on timepicker

Expected behavior: Consistent behaviour of time pickers.
