[Watcher] Display condition in simulation flyout

In https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/153327, we improved usability of the simulate flyout in Watcher by displaying whether the condition set by the user is met and adding a "Status" column which shows the status of each action in the watch.

Additionally, we discussed that it would be nice to display the condition written in human language for even better usability. Currently, there are four different Watcher condition types. Below are the corresponding description proposals for each condition type:

• always Description: "Condition always evaluates to true."

• never Description: "Condition always evaluates to false."

• compare Ex:

  Description: "Condition evaluates to true when ctx.payload.hits.total is greater than or equal to 5."

• array_compare Ex:

      }
  }

  Description: "Condition evaluates to true if at least one element of ctx.payload.aggregations.top_tweeters.buckets has doc_count that is greater than or equal to 25."
