[Dev Tools] Improve visibility of bracket hints #156332

If you're writing a larger query with many sub clauses, it can be hard to see where one clause begins and ends. Today the Dev Tools offer a bracket highlighting feature but it is (in my opinion) too subtle. If we could make the brackets stand out more that would be an improvement.
