Style updates

[ ] Make the histogram visualization sticky to the top of the page in order to easily view the results while interacting with the chart
[x] Move components out of panels (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/158629)
- [x] Horizontal line separates main histogram from table below (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/158629)
[ ] Condense items at the top of the page to manage vertical space
- [ ] Page title and Data view/Saved search selection grouped at top of page
- [ ] data view/index selection moves from having it's own page to being in the ELRS main UI
- [ ] query/filter search bar should be on the same line with the date picker and Use full data control
[x] All result table controls should be on the same line above the table itself
- [x] Progress bar appears as analysis is running and then is removed (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/158629)
- [x] Once progress is complete 'Analysis complete' message replaces Progress bar (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/158629)
- [x] Reset button added to the area above the table to take the place of the current Clear selection control in the table (MA)
- [x] Group controls copy updated to Smart grouping and changed to a toggle button (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/158629)

Here's the animation included in EuiTour's first screen --> an animation is worth 1000 words.

Update It's now around 400kb. (And loops better now). Image size is 500x275 as it is currently.
