[Fleet]: Inactive agents count gets incorrect after few agents gets back Healthy and Inactive multiple times. #156783

Kibana Build details:

VERSION: 8.8 BC2 kibana cloud environment
BUILD: 62857
COMMIT: 33efd47ee6927b54b328e901fe31d31eae875325

Host OS and Browser version: All, All

Preconditions:

  1. 8.8 BC1 kibana cloud environment should be available.
  2. Few agents should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Agents tab.
  2. Set inactivity timeout to 120 seconds and shut the VMs down.
  3. Observe count for Inactive agents is correct.
  4. Similarly perform the same multiple times by making agent Online and offline again.
  5. Observe Inactive agent count gets incorrect.

Expected: Inactive agents count should remain correct after few agents gets back Healthy and Inactive multiple times.

Hi Team,

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.10.0 SNAPSHOT kibana cloud environment and found it still reproducible.
