[Security Solution] Wrong error message header is displayed for missing arguments as unsupported arguments #157828

Description: Wrong error message header is displayed for missing arguments as unsupported arguments

Preconditions:

  1. Kibana user should be logged in

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a custom user role with Execute set to NONE
  2. Login with the above mentioned user credentials
  3. Navigate to the Endpoints tab under the Manage section
  4. Click on the three dots and select Respond
  5. Run only 'execute'
  6. Observe the error message header shows: Unsupported arguments

Actual Result: Wrong error message header is displayed for missing arguments as unsupported arguments

Expected Result: Correct error message header should be displayed for missing arguments as unsupported arguments

We have validated this ticket on the latest 8.10.0-SNAPSHOT build and found the issue is NOT FIXED. 🔴

Please find below the testing details

We have validated this ticket on the latest 8.14.0 BC2 build and found the issue is NOT FIXED. 🔴
