[Index Management] Remember Search between changes #158768

Describe the feature:

I ran into this on Component Templates, but I noticed that it also applies to to the rest of Index Management as well as Index Lifecycle Policies.

While updating the 22 APM related apm @custom component templates, I came across a UX annoyance where after saving each change, it would take me back to the component template list, without the search filter that I previously had applied.

This means I had to type apm @custom about 22 times.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

Updating more than one component template.
