[Fleet]: Filters under fleet UI breaks if applied too frequently. #158811

Kibana Build details:

VERSION: 8.9.0 Snapshot
BUILD: 63663
COMMIT: b52988757f776d1a0b52bfd1b65a7ed448211651

Host OS and Browser version: All, All

Preconditions:

  1. 8.9.0 SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.
  2. Few Agents should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Fleet>Agents tab.
  2. Quickly add various status filters and observe agents get incorrectly filters: like Healthy filtered with Updating.
  3. Similarly navigate to agent Logs tab and apply various filters frequently.
  4. Observe logs gets incorrectly filtered.

Expected: Filters under fleet UI should filter correctly even if applied too frequently.
