Describe the bug Small text showing on Count Legend on User Page

Build Details:

Version:8.9.0-BC2

Preconditions

Steps

Navigate to Security App
Go to Users Page
Observe the "Unique count of user.name" text on Users section and "Count of records"
The Text is very small and not readable

@angorayc validated the issue on 8.12 BC6 and found the issue to fixed ✔️ .
