Dash character not allowed in namespace name #161622

Kibana version: 8.8.2

Elasticsearch version: 8.8.2

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): oficial instlalation manifest https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-on-k8s/current/k8s-elastic-agent-fleet-quickstart.html

Describe the bug: Kibana does not allow usage of '-' character in namespace name while registering agents to Fleet server

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create setup from manifest
  2. try to change agent location to namespace which contains '-' character in name

Expected behavior: Namespace should be accepted so agents can be connected to fleet server
