[CI][Buildkite][Pull Requests] Find "my" config(s) #162159

Describe the feature: As a Kibana dev (or in my case an AppexQA Software Engineer), I would like some way to know (easily) which jest and / or ftr config(s) are from my own PR, from the Buildkite UI.

Describe a specific use case for the feature: While working on a pr recently, I noticed that at first my config had it's own little panel in the BK UI. Then, after working on it over time, it was swallowed into some FTR Config #RandomNumber, which seems to change on every run.

So I've to dig through the Pick Test Group Run Order artifacts to find them.
It is a little painful. Bad Dev Ex, in my humble opinion.
