[DE][Rules UI] - Custom query rules - query field not scrollable #163090

Describe the bug When editing the custom rule type, the rule query field does not show more than 25 lines and does not allow to scroll for long queries.

For other rule type, eg EQL rule - the query field is scrollable.

Preconditions Tested on 8.9

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open rules table in security and click "create rule"
  2. Select custom rule type
  3. Add >25 lines text into custom query field
  4. Check if you can view past 25 line of query.

Expected behavior The query field should scroll till the end of the query
