[Console] Documentation links on Serverless #163329

We need to make sure the documentation links correctly work on Serverless. I'm not sure about the concrete plans with the documentation links the Docs team has for the ES specification repo but there might be some changes. We need to follow up with the Docs team (cc @lcawl) about that and then we can add more details to this issue.
