Describe the bug: Dashboard Details Footer need to position in Bottom of Panel

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version Version: 8.10.0 SNAPSHOT Commit: f9f2d378dc9c9572b88d725f4ba0e91c075b015e Build: 65764

Browser and Browser OS Version: Firefox for windows OS Version: 116.0.2 (64-bit)

Functional Area: Replace dashboard listing with Kibana dashboard listing

Initial Setup:

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Security App and scroll down to Dashboard listing
Click on i icon under action column for any dashboard
Dashboard details panel open up
Observed that footer including the cancel and update dashboard button need to re-alingered to bottom of panel

Current behavior

Dashboard Details footer including the cancel and update dashboard button are currently incorrectly positioned and not UI friendly

Found Analytics > dashboard has the same issue v8.10, reported to the presentation team.

we have validated this issue on 8.10.3 and found it fixed now. ✔️
