[Security Solution] Suppress alert information is missing on alert details flyout

Describe the bug:

• Suppress alert information is missing on alert details flyout

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:

• 8.10.0 - BC1

Initial setup:

• To have alerts generated by a rule with suppressed alerts configured

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the alerts page
2. Click on View details icon for the alert with suppressed alerts

Current behavior:

• No about the number of alerts that have been suppressed is displayed in the insights section

Expected behavior:

• The number of alerts that have been suppressed should be displayed in the insights section
