[Security Solution] Rule summary for data view detection rule on flyout is not aligned with the rule description

Describe the bug:

• Rule summary for dataview detection rule on flyout is not aligned with the rule description

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:

• 8.10.0 - BC2

Initial setup:

• To have at least one alert generated by a detection rule with data view

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the alerts page
2. Click on View details icon for the alert you want to open the flyout
3. Click on Rule summary
4. Expand the Definition section

Current behavior:

• Only the data view id is displayed

Expected behavior:

• Data view and id and data view title should be displayed as in the rule description page under the definiton section

@MadameSheema this has been fixed in this PR, and should be available in BC3.
