Describe the bug: Release/Isolate host's response action history doesn't show "-" hyphen in the comments column if no comment is added.

Preconditions

• Kibana should be running.
• Agent should be enrolled with Defendintegration

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Endpoints tab
• Click on More actions
• Now click on Isolate host (Make sure comment section is empty).
• Now navigate to response action history tab.
• Observe that Release/Isolate host's response action history doesn't show "-" hyphen in the comments column if no comment is added.
• Now again Navigate to Endpoints tab
• Click on More actions.
• Click on responds
• Isolate the host.
• Observe that Release/Isolate host's response action history shows "-" hyphen in the comments column if no comment is added.

Actual result Release/Isolate host's response action history doesn't show "-" hyphen in the comments column if no comment is added.

Expected Result Release/Isolate host's response action history should show "-" hyphen in the comment column if no comment is added.
