Describe the bug:

On the old flyout the user is able to open an investigation in timeline by clicking on the alert prevalence number. This is a behaviour not present in the new flyout

On BC3 we can investigate the prevalence in the timeline.

During the validation of the fix the following issue has been found: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/165313
