[Security Solution] Reason inside the `Correlations` left flyout is not properly displayed

Describe the bug:

• Reason inside the Correlations left flyout is not properly displayed

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:

• 8.10.0 latest branch - bc1e56084bf86b29ceafa89211146e08124eb5eb

Initial setup:

• To have at least one alert with 1 alert related by session OR
• To have at least one alert with 1 alert related by ancestry

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the alerts page
2. Click on View details of the alert
3. Expand Insights
4. Click on Correlations

Current behavior:

• The reason is cut so cannot be fully read by the user
• No tooltip is displayed when hovering the reason

Expected behavior:

• The user should be able to fully read the reason either by a tooltip or by fully displaying the reason

In testing, it looks like there isn't a tooltip to read the full text, so we should add that or alternatively add text wrapping if possible and fits the UX expectations
