[Fleet]: Hyperlink `Fleet-managed agents` not clickable under Add integration flow>Install Agent> Standalone mode.

Host OS and Browser version: All, All

Preconditions:

1. 8.10.0 Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Integrations>Nginx>Add Integration.
2. Observe Add integration flow and click Install Elastic Agent button.
3. Select Standalone mode and observe text When possible, we recommend using Fleet-managed agents instead.
4. Click hyperlink Fleet-managed agents is not clickable.

Expected Result:

• Either Hyperlink Fleet-managed agents should be removed(only bold) as the button is already available to navigate fleet based installation
• or the link should be clickable under Add integration flow>Install Agent> Standalone mode.
