[Related Events] Replace change point chart embeddable with "table" #165696

The "Related events" tab should integrate "Change point detection" table component replacing the chart component added in https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/162873. For the POC, we will only consider the alerts on "CPU" or "Memory" to show change points.

Design Prototype

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Integrate "Change point detection" embeddable table in the Custom Threshold alert details page (only for the alerts on "CPU" or "Memory")
[ ] Change point detection charts should be replaced by the change point detection tables
