[Security Solution][Detection Engine] multiple requests on rule create/edit page when changing list of indices #167140

Describe the bug: Multiple /internal/data_views/_fields_for_wildcard requests on rule create/edit page when changing list of indices

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version: 8.11+

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open rule edit/create page
  2. Add/remove index pattern in source component
  3. Observe identical `/internal/data_views/_fields_for_wildcard requests fired

Note: does not happen when changing data view value

Same thing happens when the page is loaded (initial loading with no button clicked on the page). More information in https://github.com/elastic/sdh-security-team/issues/911 (internal).
