Describe the bug: Note is not persisted and is not retrieved when we open the protection update card.

Build Details:

VERSION: 8.11.0 Snapshot.
BUILD: 67341
COMMIT: e81728ee9672400d35da4122ca683541c1b7753d

Preconditions

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Policy tab
Now click on any policy to open policy details page.
Now disable the Update manifest automatically toggle button.
Enter any data in the Note section.
Click on Save updates button.
Now navigate to other card then navigate back to protection update card.
Observe that Note is not persisted and is not retrieved when we open the protection update card.

Actual result Note is not persisted and is not retrieved when we open the protection update card.

Expected Result Note should be persisted and should be retrieved when we open the protection update card.

We have validated this ticket on the latest 8.12.0- SNAPSHOT build and found the issue is FIXED. ✔️
