Describe the bug: Warning is missing under policy details page for manifests older then 18 months

Build Details:

VERSION: 8.11.0 Snapshot.
BUILD: 67341
COMMIT: e81728ee9672400d35da4122ca683541c1b7753d

Preconditions

Kibana should be running.
Policy should be present with Defendintegration
FF should be enabled for controlled Artifact rollout.
Policy should be present with Deployed Version older then 18 months.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Policy tab.
Now hower on the red dot of the policy.
Observe the tooltip "Manifests expire after 18 months and rollback is not supported."
Now click on the same policy.
Navigate to protection updates card and observe there is no warning present for the same.

Actual result Warning is missing under policy details page for manifests older then 18 months.

Expected Result

Warning should be present in policy details page for manifests older then 18 months.
Warning message shown should be this "Manifests expire after 18 months and rollback is not supported."

We have validated this ticket on the latest 8.12.0- SNAPSHOT build and found the issue is FIXED. ✔️
