Describe the bug: Tooltip for Green dot is missing for policies tabs new column "Deployed Version"

Build Details:

VERSION: 8.11.0 Snapshot.
BUILD: 67341
COMMIT: e81728ee9672400d35da4122ca683541c1b7753d

Preconditions

• Kibana should be running.
• Policy should be present with Defendintegration
• FF should be enabled for controlled Artifact rollout
• Policy should be present with Deployed Version older then 2 months.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Policy tab.
• Now hower on the green dot of the policies tabs new column "Deployed Version"

Actual result Tooltip for Green dot is missing for policies tabs new column "Deployed Version"

Expected Result Tooltip for Green dot should also be present for policies tabs new column "Deployed Version"
