[Convert-2-Lens] custom time range added when legacy visualization converted from dashboard #170077

Kibana version: 8.10.2, probably further back

Describe the bug: A custom time range is assigned to legacy visualizations which are converted using the dashboard action. However, it is not assigned when the legacy visualization is converted from within the editor, even after returning to the dashboard.

Expected behavior: Not sure which is correct, but it should probably be consistent.
