[Logs Onboarding] Add more information to the integration that is created during the onboarding flow

When the logs onboarding flow is followed to stream log files to Elastic, a custom integration is automatically created in the background.

The integration can later be found in the integrations UI.

There can be some enhancements to the overview tab:

• Add a description for the integration which might mention that it was created automatically by the onboarding flow, include information about adding ingest pipelines, custom dashboards, the use of ECS Dynamic Template etc. The custom logs integrations could also be used as a point of reference.
• A category can be added in the details section. Suggested categories: Custom, Custom Logs
• A licence field can be added in the details section (see other integrations).
• An ingest pipeline is displayed under Elasticsearch assets but it is not displayed in the Assets tab.

The Assets tab is currently empty and could have the following enhancements:

• Display a link to the ingest pipeline that was installed

• Add a view that will direct the users to Logs Explorer

  

A new Config tab can also be added which was introduced by https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/167327.
