Tooltip is not available on hovering for Filter-In and Filter-Out Buttons under agent info overview dashboards. #170205

Kibana Build details: VERSION: 8.11.0 BC5 BUILD: 68102 COMMIT: 5a5670321307d3bd6e4417943cb33d80e42d4b9

Host OS and Browser version: All, All

Preconditions:

  1. 8.11.0 kibana environment should be available.
  2. Windows agent should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Agents tab.
  2. Navigate to agent info overview page.
  3. Observe that tooltip is not available on hovering for Filter-In and Filter-Out Buttons under Agents with Errors metric.

Expected Result: Tooltip should be available on hovering for Filter-In and Filter-Out Buttons under agent info overview Dashboards.
