When as a user first land on the solution page after creating a new fresh deployment and goes to the Explorer we are showing logs from the Enterprise search endpoint by default.
The logs seem to be coming from Enterprise search audit and API services and the APM service is the APM server component available in Integrations Server.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new 8.11+ deployment in Elastic Cloud
Go to the Observability Explorer page
Expected behavior:
As a user I would expect to see an empty state that guides to start ingesting my logs, since this is not my data but data from the Cloud deployment. (Please ignore sidebar navigation in the screenshot below)
