[ESQL] Allow charts interactions on a dashboard level #171596

So, in the previous version of Kibana, filters were automatically suggested after clicking on regions of our plots. But, for the ESQL versions of Dashboards, filters are not automatically suggested. Can this be implemented since we can apply the manual filters currently.

I think that this might need some meta information from ES to create the DSL filters from the ESQL charts so I don't think someone can take it atm.
