[Tech Debt] Remove legacy resources table code #172406

Motivation

Once the FIndings Misconfigurations and Vulnerabilities are migrated to grouping, we want to remove the legacy code containing the old group by tables.

Definition of done

[ ] No unused code/components on the cloud_security_posture plugin
[ ] Move any function that references the latest_findings_by_resource folder
