Describe the bug: Share alert fly out not opens up from timeline

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version Version: 8.12 BC3 Commit: 2a8afed8572a4c709aa1c64216748197eeb9b18f Build: 69985

Browser and Browser OS Version: Firefox for windows OS Version: 121.0

Elastic Endpoint Version: N/A

Functional Area: Share Alert

Initial Setup:

precondition

Steps to reproduce

Go to Alert Table
Investigate alert in timeline
Click on view details and open fly out
Click on share alert button
Paste the copied URL in new tab and observed that expected alert fly out not opens up

Additional Result

Required Filter of _id and time filter got applied just fly out of alert not opens up
Alert fly out opens up on copying the share alert URL
issue not occuring on 8.11.0
