[Lens] make metric grid responsive

Describe the feature: Right now the metric visualization has a fixed set of columns and rows no matter how much space is available in either width or height.

Instead, we could better preserve the intended aspect ratios in each tile by responsively adjusting the number displayed on each column and row. This could be done in both the editor and on dashboards.

Notes This would maybe be best done in Elastic charts

Would have to figure out what to do with the current setting (perhaps a manual/auto mode switch? if so, what should be the default?)

Not blocking GA, if we do it it should not be the default (needs discussion with the design team before starting working on it and a PoC

Two things to consider implementing this feature on dashboard.

How to size within the panel. We could fit the metric to fit the full space based on the ideal aspect ratio or fill the available space.
How do we handle a changing number of metrics as the data changes? We could always resize to fit all metrics within the panel or we could start scrolling when the min height/width is reached.
