Show alert stats visualization in Alerts page (and also possibly add it in Overview page)

Show alert activity "By rules" (Group alert stats by top 3 rules and rest as 'other rules')
Show alert activity "By sources" (Group alert stats by top 3 sources and rest as 'other sources')
Show alert activity chart when "No grouping" is selected
